Terms and Conditions

1. Business terms

The business terms serve to ensure that business relations with customers have a legally binding basis for both parties. The rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer are governed by Czech law and these general terms and conditions. All orders placed through the online store are considered binding. The order is a draft purchase contract and is binding. The purchase contract is created at the moment of acceptance of the ordered goods by the buyer. The place of delivery is the address given in the form. The goods are dispatched as soon as possible, within 2 working days at the latest (in exceptional cases longer).

2. Non-acceptance of the shipment

In the event that the goods have already been shipped and the customer cancels the order, does not accept the goods, refuses to accept the goods from the carrier or delivery person within the specified storage period, or the shipment could not be delivered due to an unmarked box or doorbell, the customer is obliged to pay a contractual fine of 500,- CZK (postage and packaging costs). These fees will be collected according to the applicable regulations of the Czech Republic.

3. Warranty and complaint

The warranty for goods purchased in the online store is governed by applicable laws. The standard warranty period is 24 months, the warranty covers all defects limiting the possibility of proper use of the goods. However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. To make a claim, please contact us by e-mail at or by phone at +420 737 107 364. The claim will be processed without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the day the claim is made, unless the seller and buyer agree otherwise. The seller does not confirm the warranty certificates for the goods, based on the agreement with the importers of the goods. You do not need to attach a warranty card to make a claim (only the proof of purchase enclosed with the shipment is sufficient).

4. Withdrawal from the purchase contract

Pursuant to § 1829 of the Civil Code, the purchasing consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods, in the case of delivery in parts, this period is calculated from the day of acceptance of the last part of the delivery of goods. Withdrawal from the contract must be made in writing, and sending an e-mail to the address is considered to be fulfilled. If the buyer so decides, he must deliver the undamaged goods, without signs of use or wear, to the shipping warehouse address without undue delay. Before returning the goods, the buyer sends an e-mail with the invoice number and at the same time the number of the bank account to which he wants to return the amount paid, while the buyer agrees to the payment to the bank account. The costs actually incurred in connection with the return of the goods (especially shipping costs) will be deducted from this amount. The seller is obliged to return this amount to the buyer no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal from the purchase contract, but not before the returned goods have been returned or sent.

5. Withdrawal from the purchase contract by the seller

In the event of an incorrectly stated price of the goods, the seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and cancel the order.

6. Stock availability

  • IN STOCK - we ship the goods within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • WITHIN 2-3 DAYS - we have the goods in our central warehouse (after receiving your order the goods will be dispatched within 2-3 working days)
  • WITHIN 3-5 DAYS - the goods are in stock at the supplier (In case of receiving an order, we will order the goods for you at the supplier. The delivery time in this case is usually 3 - 5 working days)
  • WITHIN 7-10 DAYS - custom-made goods according to customer requirements - delivery time depends on the production capacity of the supplier (manufacturer)
  • WITHIN 21 DAYS - custom-made goods according to customer requirements - delivery time depends on the production capacity of the supplier (manufacturer)

7. Conditions for returning goods

- the goods must be returned complete and in their original condition.
- neither the goods nor the packaging must be damaged in any way (with the exception of normal damage to the packaging caused by removing the packaged goods)
- the goods must not show signs of wear and use
- do not send the goods back as cash on delivery, but as an ordinary package. Otherwise, the shipment will be rejected.

9. Prices - all prices are listed with VAT. If the price of the product is set at CZK 0.00, the price is set individually due to the fluctuating EUR exchange rate.
