How to shop

Shopping in our store is governed by the terms and conditions, below you will find a brief guide for comfortable shopping.

Selection of goods

Select the goods you want to buy in individual categories or via search. Then put the selected product in the basket by pressing the Buy button. Choose a category in the menu on the left of the page (on some mobile phones you have to open the menu from the 'hamburger' in the upper right corner). In the individual categories, you can then filter the items according to the required parameters.

When your order is complete, you can go to the basket and select the delivery method, payment and delivery information.

Choice of shipping and payment method

In the basket, choose the method of transport and payment that suits you best. For each transport variant, you will immediately see how much you will pay for it and you will also find out the expected delivery date.

Delivery and billing information

To enter delivery information, you can choose between three variants in the basket.

  • Purchase without registration: for a one-time purchase, just fill in the delivery address (and possibly the billing address, if different).
  • New registration: this procedure is not much different from buying without registration, in addition, you only fill in the password. The system creates a new user account for you, in which you can clearly see the history of your orders, you can print an invoice or track the delivery of the shipment online.
  • Login: if you already have your user account, you can log in to it directly in the basket. The system will then fill in the delivery (and billing) address from your account for you.
  • Forgotten password: if you have created your user account but no longer remember your password, you can have it sent to your e-mail.
  • Sending the order
  • After filling in all required fields, you can proceed to submit your order by pressing the Finish Order button. The system checks all the entered information and, if it finds no errors, registers the order in our system. You will be informed about everything else by e-mail to the address indicated in the delivery data.

Payment by bank transfer in advance

If you have chosen the option of payment by bank transfer in the basket, after registering the order, you will be shown the information required for payment. You can use a QR code to speed up the entry of a payment order. The goods will be shipped after your payment has been credited to our account. Please make sure to include the variable symbol (order number) for correct payment matching.

Online payment

You can make an online payment by pressing the pay online button. If the online payment fails for any reason (e.g. unauthorized internet transactions on your payment card), you can change the payment method. After successful payment on the payment gateway, the system will redirect you back to our site and the order will be completed.

Order delivery

After sending the goods by the selected carrier, we will send you the package reference number by e-mail. You can then track the movement of your shipment on the carrier's website. In the case of personal collection, we will notify you by email when the goods are ready for pick up.
